Getting access
Section titled “Getting access”We create your workspace and send an invitation to your email. You accept it and set your own password. There is no public sign-up, and you only ever see your own workspace.
Who can change what
Section titled “Who can change what”Your team edits the content: tone, wording, schedule and the steps of each sequence. Settings that protect deliverability, compliance and your data — sending limits, connected services and erasure — are managed by our team.
Approving an email
Section titled “Approving an email”When a lead replies, Catalyst prepares a draft in your rep’s voice. The rep approves it, edits it or skips it. Outside auto mode, a draft goes out only after the rep approves it; auto mode sends without a tap only where its accuracy is proven.
Four decisions on a card
Section titled “Four decisions on a card”- Take it over — the rep handles the lead personally.
- Not our profile — the lead is parked for a long pause, not closed for good.
- Later — a set pause, or until the date the rep writes in a comment.
- Leave as is — only the pending draft is cleared; dates stay as they are, and a comment can be added.
None of these four decisions adds a person to the do-not-contact list — that list is filled by unsubscribes and clear refusals.
Replies Catalyst handles for you
Section titled “Replies Catalyst handles for you”Every reply is sorted by type and gets its action — for example, “not now” becomes a pause with a date, and a decline stops the sequence and adds the address to the do-not-contact list.
Pausing outgoing email
Section titled “Pausing outgoing email”One key pauses Catalyst’s outgoing email within seconds, without switching anything else off.
Exporting your data
Section titled “Exporting your data”You can take a full export of your workspace at any time, in a standard database format. Ask us and we deliver it.
Erasure requests
Section titled “Erasure requests”If someone asks to be erased, Catalyst recognizes the request, logs it and raises an alarm well before the legal deadline. The erasure is completed within the legal deadline; only a minimal record of the refusal is kept, so the address is not written to again.
Providers that process your data
Section titled “Providers that process your data”They are listed in your data processing agreement; the categories are on the subprocessors page. Before a new one is added, clients are notified and can object under that agreement.
Words we use
Section titled “Words we use”Every term in plain language — see the glossary.
